Real time Guest Room Monitoring shows current state for each room. It is scalable system so future hotel expansion requires minimal effort in system configuration.
– List of monitored functions can be customized. Some of usual monitored functions are:
- Room status(Assigned room, Unassigned room, Room out of order, Room without communication)
- Clean up my room, Do Not Disturb services
- Room occupancy
- AC parameters(Set point temperature,

– Filter selection provides easy navigation.
– Access control uses RFID cards with unique ID code. There are three types of cards: Guests, Maintenance, Admin.
– Each usage of the card is registered and sent to monitoring computer.
– Maintenance cards types can be further divided into cards for cleaning ladies, handymen, doormen, with different usage rights.
– When a card is issued its ID is sent to the room controller and saved in controller memory.
